Know what every truck made. Every month.
Your clerk records each trip on his phone. You see what it made, who owes you, and what needs you today.
Three weeks later, who knows what the trip made?
The client paid by cheque. Mileage went out three times. Fuel was bought three times, in two currencies. The border was paid in cash at Tunduma. A tyre went. The cheque bounced. All of it is in a notebook, a WhatsApp chat, and your head.

Three things you stop losing.
You hear about it before it costs you.
A bounced cheque. A licence about to expire. An invoice sixty days old. On your phone before the day starts.
See what it watches →Every document, and the day it expires.
Insurance, LATRA, COMESA, permits. Each with its truck and a photo. You're warned 30 days before. In the yard, not at Tunduma.
See the documents →What each truck made this month. Not at year-end.
Every fuel fill, mileage payment and tyre goes on the trip it belongs to. The profit adds itself up.
Follow one trip →The clerk records all day. He never sees your profit, your salaries, or who owes you.
Flip it. The clerk books the trip and records its costs. He never sees profit, salaries or what the firm is owed. And once he saves something, nobody can change it. Not even you.
TZS 35,000 per truck a month. Everyone included.
Per truck, not per person. Every clerk, manager and your accountant, included. Paid before the month starts. The first three fleets keep this price for a year.
You already count your trucks. That's the whole price. No tiers. No "contact sales".
What one bad month costs a firm of twenty trucks:
Straight answers.
Is Payload fleet management software?
Yes. Payload is fleet management software for transport and haulage companies in Tanzania. It keeps every trip, its costs, its invoice and payments, the driver's pay, and every permit with its expiry date. Then it shows you what needs you today. It does not track trucks by GPS. It does not plan loads. It does not replace your accountant's ledger.
How much does Payload cost?
TZS 35,000 per truck a month. Clerks, managers and your accountant are all included. Paid before the month starts. The first three fleets keep this price for a year.
Does it work on a phone? Do we need to install anything?
It opens in the browser on any Android phone, iPhone or laptop. Nothing to install. It needs data to save an entry. Mobile data is enough. With no signal at all, it does not work yet.
Can a clerk see your profit, or change a record?
No. There are four roles and they don't change. The owner sees everything. The manager sees everything except people. The clerk books trips and records fuel and costs. He never sees profit, salaries or who owes the firm, and he can't edit or delete. A mistake is fixed with a new entry, and both stay visible. The auditor, usually your accountant, reads everything and changes nothing. The database enforces this, not just the app.
Which permits and documents does it track?
Whatever your firm needs. Insurance, LATRA licences, the COMESA yellow card, road permits, carbon tax for Zambia, and anything else you add. Each document sits with its truck or trailer, with a photo. It appears on your list 30 days before it expires.
Do you work with transport companies outside Dar es Salaam? How do we start?
Yes. Anywhere in Tanzania, including fleets that run through Tunduma to Zambia and the DRC. There is no sign-up page. Book a walkthrough on WhatsApp, thirty minutes or in person in Dar. If it fits, we set up your firm the same day. Your clerk is recording within the hour.
Book a walkthrough. Bring one bad trip.
Thirty minutes, on WhatsApp or in person in Dar. Bring one trip that went wrong. We show you what you would have seen, and when.
